Copy and Paste Images Into Post?

I'm debating over Flarum and Discourse.

I truly like the feature for Discourse in which you can just automatically paste a clipboard "image" into the post itself.

Is this option available for Flarum? If not, is there a plugin or extension for it?

This feature in itself for my community is the deal breaker.

I guess media embed plugin makes it possible. Was discussed here some time back.

This doesn't seem to be possible right now.
You'll just get a file:///dir/file/filename.png
For that to work.. it'd have to automatically upload to the server and convert it to a valid link on the server.

I just recently installed the image upload extension - it's similar behavior but not as "convenient" as simply copying and pasting.
