Offline Server Analytics

I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for offline server analytics? What's your method?

I'm using Caddy and I was thinking I could use GoAccess.

I really don't want or need client analytics, but it would be nice to get some basic information given how limited the free tier of Cloudflare is.

navindra If you are referring to monitoring down time as offline? I use BetterStack.com

treyb I also use BetterStack for monitoring, but I meant something more like Google Analytics but without the Google client and cloud components, only relying on the server logs created by Caddy.
