My home page title in the SERP has been chnaged!

I did nothing.

Today while checking my ranking on the google I noticed that my homepage title has been change to this core.lib.meta_titles.without_page_title

I asked chatgpt abot this and it told me to change the following line in the locale file to these:

original code in locale file

Translations in this namespace are used to format page meta titles.

meta_titles:
with_page_title: "{pageNumber, plural, =1 {{pageTitle} - {forumName}} other {{pageTitle}: Page # - {forumName}}}"
without_page_title: "{pageNumber, plural, =1 {{forumName}} other {Page # - {forumName}}}"

And chatgpt told me to simplify the above code like this

meta_titles:
with_page_title: "{pageTitle} - {forumName}"
without_page_title: "{forumName}"

Should I do this? will it hamper my site ranking or any structure?

AKA don't do that.

Is the site title broken when you visit the website in your browser?

If it's not broken, just wait until Google visits your site again or ask for a new page indexing.

If it's broken, try clearing the Flarum cache. If that doesn't help, follow the troubleshooting guide in our documentation.

Don't modify any file inside the vendor folder, it will only make things worse and harder to troubleshoot.
