The issue
I am sorry if this has been asked and answered before. I browsed through "Solved" and didnt find my issue.
The issue is I have 2 site setup on the same server both with the latest flarum version and configs. One site operates and views properly the other, the one in question, installed fine and shows zero information in /storage/logs however it seems to be missing images and menu items. For instance as you can see in the screenshot non of the extensions have images and the menu items are not showing anything. On the mobile version of the site we cant see the sign up / log in menu either. I tried playing with colors and modes but I never could get sign up / log in to display so I have set everything back to defaults essentially. This began in install. I was able to use composer to install all my extensions so it didn't happen with one of them. Help! 
Post some information here like what you expected to see, but got instead. If you can find any logs in /storage/logs or in your browser console that relate to the issue, add them.
