Cannot confirm user

I have a hetzner vps with a hestia control panel. In it I have installed OsTiket and Flarum.

In OsTiket all the incomig and outgoing mails worked fine.

In Flarum when configurin smtp email I have this error

How can I set

STARTTLS
PORT 587

mail encription is invalid

It says in spanish that in invalid

¿Is any other way to solve this with another mail protocol? I can see that many people has same problems with mail in flarum.

Yes I tryed it, but does not work. My email sistem is ok becouse it works with osticket and has good reputation and deliverability in mx tolbox.

Is something with my flarum that does not conect.

I installed flarum with the atomatic system that is icluded with hestiacp

Do you use SMTP in the other web application where email works, or the default PHP mail driver ? If the mail server is on the same server, it's possible mail is configured to use it. Or perhaps you need to use 127.0.0.1 as the mail host if the SMTP is on the same server and the server cannot resolve its own DNS name locally.

If both apps are on the same server, whatever works for one app should work for the other...

Well the mail host isn't correct, DNS for mail.thatdonain isn't resolving to the mail server.

Sorry on mobile can't copy your domain name.

This isn't a flarum issue but a configuration problem on your end.

just put other domain to show that email server is working ok
