How to set time zone correctly? because when I check my host server its correctly, I want to set timezone' => 'Asia/Jakarta', thanks

AbdulRohman there should be no reason for you to change the timezone of time values in the database, because the frontend by itself is responsible for changing it according to the preference of the user.

If you want to overrule the default timezone, edit this core file. Please note you'd have to do this on every upgrade and this might not be the best solution for the issue you're trying to solve.
