tom23 the MySQL password is stored in plain text in config.php
The only other password stored by Flarum itself is the SMTP password which can be found in the email tab of the admin label or the settings database table.
Either of those can be reset in your managed hosting if needed, then updated in the Flarum config file or admin panel respectively.
