I'm looking for a form for events with the following properties:
- Users should be given a choice (similar to polls)
- Choice 1
- Choice 2
- Text field
- ...
After the selection, a list should be created in the first post, where all users are shown in a table with the selected options.
Does something like this exist? If not - would anyone be willing to create it for us as open source? Perhaps others are interested in something like this? I would also pay for it and make it available to the community.
