Gamification is eventually going to be a plugin, judging by the main site. So you or someone else could probably add onto it and create your own user ranking system based on whatever criteria you have in mind. As far as Ad Management, I don't think there's one at the moment, but if you ask someone to make a plugin for it (if it's not a part of the core features which I don't think it should be) then they'll probably be more than willing to do so.
