Proposals purpose is to allow people to request a feature. However, you need to request one feature perProposals discussion and the request needs to contain detailed information as to how the feature should work.
As such your original post did not match these criteria. There were different requests in one and the requests were far too vague to define requirements from.
If you want to commission an extension, or ask to get in touch with people able to develop this feature for you, the best way is to useServices.
