I didn't have any reservations in using it.
One should remember that this is a beta and so as being one, it is expected to have some work involved. =) Of course there is. =))) Meaning yo, it be good, but you still need to pay attention. =) Like any software.
Please note, I'm using it in production. In doing so, I know that i may at times have to pitch in. =)
I'm neither advocating, nor advising. =) I'm just pointing out the reality inherent in all betas. From all creators.
Using composer is actually sort of easy, once you understand it. Pretty much the same as NPM or any other. They all have their quirks. Once you know them.
Package managers are the current wave and nothing to be afraid of. You can even edit what they update. =)
Please note: I'm ok if I have to upgrade or even start new. I have all the data and well I am a programmer. So shouldn't I be able to handle an update?
As far as I can tell, everything that's in it works. =))) It's just that there is stuff coming. Some of those are changes.
I'm running it on a HG shared account. In case any one needs a primer.
