Anonymous41 what are you trying to do when you see this error? Is the error on the page or in a log file, which one?

This seems completely unrelated to Flarum. Is this preventing you from accessing the forum?

Anonymous41 sounds to me that nginx.org has a resolving issue while you tried to install. This sometimes happens, I would recommend trying it at a later time or finding another tutorial that doesn't rely on the nginx signing key (although this might actually be a structural thing for the nginx library).
