Does anyone know how to get excerpts displayed under discussion titles?

I either don't see this option in the admin CP or the used wording for excerpts under titles is way too subtle (at least for me),

Seems like i have bad luck then because it seems it won't work with the actual forum version.
Is this extension the only way to enable excerpts?

NoIdeaWhatThatIs as far as I know of yes.

ernestdefoe try installing ianm/synopsis it seems flarum.org mistakenly marks it as incompatible.
