what I do sometimes (that is not an ideal solution and also I have to be lucky) is:
- Clean forum cache (from admin dashboard -> settings -> clean cache)
- I also delete the composer logs of this day (example: 4 nov)
- Finally, I look for updates again.
I don't have console (because maybe you can force update with ssh and composer comands) because my hosting but neither a better solution. 🙁
