not able to install install extension-manager in my cpanel

how can i fixed?

nhiaayenge it's odd that it would try to remove symfony/mailer.

But the error Could not delete is clearly a file permission issue. You must have run Composer with different Shell users at some point. Use chown to fix the file permissions on the vendor folder and its content, and run Composer with su -u www-data composer or similar if you need to switch the Shell user at run time.
