Private Messaging Only w/ Moderators

I am using the free Flarum version, and I am having troubles allowing users to create private messages only with moderators. Is that possible?

I am using the FoF Byōbu extension. I keep getting the error You do not have permission to do that. on my test user.

I would love to know this answer too but what I understand it is not possible (I hope to be wrong).

What I did is that Mods can open Private Discussions.
I think that you can not select or reatrict with who you can open the private discussion. It would be helpful; like a support ticket system.

I don't think this is currently possible with Byobu; we use it on Discuss too for moderative purposes. But this is always initiated from the side of the Moderator, not the Member.

I do think this could be added though, although a contribution like this would need to be approved by @FriendsOfFlarum first and foremost. If they decline, it could be created as a separate add on to Byobu.

Either way, provide some more requirements on how you think this should visually look and work and we could move this discussion toProposals to get it crowdfunded.
