domain linking not working

The issue

i set up a domain and I was expecting to access my site at www.kickboards.online over HTTPS, but I received the following error:

This site can’t provide a secure connection
www.kickboards.online uses an unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

I checked the browser console, and there were no additional relevant logs displayed. However, the issue seems to be related to SSL/TLS configuration? any ideas on how to fix this?

@HellfunDigital is this domain name "kickboards.online" a new site? Have you talked to your hosting provider? Does the SSL certificate you are using belong to your hosting provider or a provider like lets enc.? As far as I can see you are not using cloudflare but I would like to ask if you are still using cloudflare because the domain address was intentionally stated differently.

If you can provide a little more information about the problem we can help. You did not state that the problem is related to flarum but if you think so, please state that too.

hf06 yes I'm using the free hosted version of Flarum. and yes i just registered the domain, so its new.

Are you sure the ns redirect is correctly redirected successfully? I don't know how Freeflarum accepts ns redirection so I can't help you further.
