How to QUICKLY and COMPLETELY purge a spammer?

I've just updated my forum (https://forums.miniscript.org) to the Flarum 1.8.8, and I am greatly disappointed to see that there is apparently still no quick, simple way to delete a spammer and all their content from the forum.

deleting the user requires several hovers and clicks to get to the user page, and then explicitly does not delete their posts (WHY?!?!)
FoF BanIPs bans their IP (which seems like a horrible idea in general), but also does not delete their posts
the "suspend" feature keeps them from logging in, but does not delete their posts or account
fof/spamblock appears to be about prevention, not cleanup
same for askvortsov/flarum-auto-moderator

This seems like such a core and basic function of any forum software: as administrator, when I spot a spammer, I need to (with one click, or as close to it as possible) delete their account and all their posts/comments. This seems very simple and obvious (and has been a feature of myBB, for example, for decades).

Please tell me I am missing an extension/integration/feature that lets me do this in Flarum.

Oops, I just found the FoF AntiSpam extension. That does have a fairly easy/quick purge function that happens when you mark a user as a spammer.

It has some quirks — like when I go back to the forum home page, I still see their threads/posts until I hard-refresh. But after doing that, it seems OK. And it's certainly much faster than any other option I've found.

Ugh. Maybe not. Looks like there's no easy way to attach an image, but I'm looking at a bunch of threads that say "[deleted] started 4 days ago" or whatever. Even though I turned on all the sliders to permanently delete discussions, posts, and users. It seems to have only actually deleted the user; I have to manually mouse over the discussion icon and choose "Delete" followed by "Delete Permanently". For each and every one. 🙁

This seems directly contrary to what FoF AntiSpam claims to do. Is this a known bug, or am I just misunderstanding it somehow?

JoeStrout I know the GDPR extension has an option to permanently delete users and their contents when deleted, as to conform with GDPR, If you want to try that?
