Not so good Lighthouse results

I'm in the Process to finalize my site and right now i'm in the process of optimizing the performance, and i just reached a total score of 88 in Lighthouse even though i'm using cloudflare with rocketloader, the result for the flarum.org forum which i used as first reference is even worse with a score of just 72.

While SEO and best practices is top, performance and accessibility isn't. Particularly performance is super bad.

Any ideas what to improve the get better results ?

Flarum is a SPA. A SPA loads all javascript before rendering the page. The more extensions you use, the more likely the size of the javascript increases and the longer the First Contentful Paint takes.

We are aware of this issue and 2.0 will introduce asset splitting for this reason: flarum/framework3860
