I have a low-activity forum, so it's hard to stay in the habit of checking it every day. And I can't find any way to get even an email notification when a new thread is started. But I'm on Discord all the time.
So, is there any way to get a simple notification in Discord when a new post or thread has been posted? I have similar webhooks for GitHub and a couple other things, but so far haven't found such a feature/extension in Flarum.
