Capp The Flarum bot has been configured to request troubleshooting information if the OP doesn't include it. This is the same message the Flarum moderators have to ask 90% of the time. The bot saves us work and accelerate getting help for users, as they don't have to wait half a day for a human moderator who will ask the same thing.
Even though the php flarum info is not strictly required if someone asks for extensions suggestions, it's still extremely useful, as it will let us know whether Flarum and PHP are up to date and which other extensions are already in use and potentially in conflict with the suggestions provided.
