How to change page description from 1st post to 1st answer

On my forum, each topic is a simple question. There are few characters and no useful information. The first answer always contains some information and so I want to use it as a description. I thought it was optional but my forum is not indexed even with indexing services and I think this is due to the fact that I have a bad description.

Tell me please where is the file where I can replace the text/template description.
