I want to create a Hebrew version. How can I do this?

I using with the RTL extension.. it's working fine.. what's I needs is just guide for translate it from English to another language. For my understanding I have to create git repository?
And why I not see changes when I edit the English original files? I try to reload the built-in extension(English language) and it didn't work either.

The best way is probably to refer to our internationalization guide and/or look at an existing language extension to see how that author did it.

Sorry, but I didn't get it yet.
If you go to "...\vendor\flarum\flarum-ext-english" path you will see 4 file, and one folder.
1."bootstrap"
2."composer"
3."icon"
4. "LICENSE"
5. Folder named as "locale"
in the "composer" i change the details to my own details.

Now I go to files that inside the folder "locale" and I start to translate them. Now how I can make "flarum" to recognize my extension?

Sahar321 It sounds like you're editing the English extension directly ... if so, that isn't recommended, as your translations will be overwritten by any updates to the English resources.

The best way to proceed would be to create your own fork the English extension repo (you can give it a name such as "Sahar321/flarum-ext-hebrew") and translate it there. Then you would publish your extension on Packagist and use Composer to install it.

Yes, I know. I was just try, and this wont work anyway.

Anyway, I do as you said, but I get errors.
I based on Arabic extension (I don't translate almost anything, is just try) and I was creating git-repo and after it submit to Packagist. https://packagist.org/packages/flarumahe/flarum-ext-he
Now, when I use this commend in composer: "composer require flarumahe/flarum-ext-he *@dev" i got this error:
