When creating/editing a discussion and selecting tags on iPhone, in any possible browser that I tried, and in portrait mode, when the tags are more to fit the screen, you can’t scroll the list to select other tags. Only rotating the phone to landscape will allow it to scroll that list. Here’s the list I mean:
