luceos panmail not that I know of. Never heard of it either. Does it run with a database? Usually any cms that relies on structured data can be easily migrated over with some code. You can post inServices to ask for paid help.

Nodeloc It's possible. But don't suggest. You can migrate PHPWIND to Discuz first and then migrate Discuz to Flarum.
