Just to be clear; the flarum.com domain is not in use by anyone. It is property of the Flarum Foundation, and currently leased by the commercial entity Flarum BV. You will not find any communities under this domain.
flarum.cloud is a domain operated by FreeFlarum, which is a community hosting project operated project by @SKevo. We, the Flarum core team, the Flarum Foundation or the Flarum BV cannot provide support for FreeFlarum. This means any questions related to their communities on discuss are declined and redirected. Any and all questions related to it have to be dealt with by FreeFlarum; their community can be found at https://support.freeflarum.com.
Aside from this. Demanding other people to "make you a flarum.cloud" sounds extremely entitled. No one owes you anything nor needs to give you admin permissions over a community they're working on. If you plan to make a difference in the lives of other people, I would highly recommend starting to treat them with respect.
