Where are the release notes?

I'm not managing to find the release notes either with google, or searching "realease notes" in the forum search.
I'm using 1.8.5, and I see that 1.8.9 is already available (I think), so before updating, I'd like to just be able to scan the release notes.

you can find them here in the official Github's release page flarum/frameworkreleases (ignore the v2.* versions for now as they're in beta and not ready for production)
