How to Add User Card Popover with Additional Fields in Flarum

Hi everyone,

I have built a forum using Flarum (the version we are currently using is Flarum v1.8.9), and I am looking to implement additional fields in the User Card Popover feature. I noticed that on discuss.flarum.org, when hovering over a user's name, a popover appears showing additional details like a short description and a URL. However, I can't find this feature in my Flarum setup.

I would like to add the following fields to the user card popover:

Short Description
Website URL

Could someone guide me on how to implement this? Attaching a screenshot for reference.
