Tag ordering not working in Vivaldi browser

I've been using the Vivaldi browser lately. I've noticed that when creating tags in Flarum using the browser, they can not be dragged up (reordered) to Primary tags or moved as sub-tags. I am able to reorder them in Chrome and Firefox.
I'm using Vivaldi 1.3.551.38 (Stable channel) (64-bit) on Linux Mint. Any other Vivaldi users with this problem? If this is a bug, where should I report it?

Right here, like you're doing now. Hopefully some other Vivaldi users/testers will report their own experiences.
