An icon picker/inline search, similar to (if not an expanded) @clarkwinkelmann's clarkwinkelmann/flarum-ext-emojionearea (thread) and similar to the suggestion to add a picker on Extension name and icon generator for Flaruml.
This would improve UI & UX (avoid issues around inputing the class like this) and would help bring icon selection to user facing extensions (such as adding icons to clarkwinkelmann/flarum-ext-discussion-lists (proposed here), fof/polls for icon options similar then images, fof/masquerade as a user selectable field, an extension that allows for user specific tags?)
For other inspirations (from a quick search);
It might be more an idea to have a code class (or something, apologies especially if it already exists) for icon pickers (can't see on in the html output), if there was then any extension they could then target those fields. This feels more modular so any font awesome versions changes can be better accounted for while opening it up to developers to expand on (such as the one proposed above)?
Very intrested in hearing is there is any interest and peoples thoughts.
