  • Always allow admins to send private messages.

We have a few users who have disabled private messages in their settings. Some have done so by mistake (don't ask why!). We use Byōbu.

Sometimes, however, it's important for moderators or admins to contact them. Is there a way to configure this? Otherwise, it would be a very useful feature for the future. "Block everyone except admins / Group X."

I'm not sure about a setting/permission, but if you need a workaround, you could edit the database directly or use FoF Impersonate to change the user preference back to "allow".

I don't want to allow to send messages for everyone. Just for Admins.
