If I don't check the forum every day, I can enable email notifications tell me when I get a new message, a reply, etc - so that I know something needs my attention. I'd like to have this same option with being notified of a new flagged post, so that I know something needs mod attention immediately. It could be added as a toggle in account settings for admins (or any other users with permission to view flags).
