CSS not loading

I've installed Flarum 1.8 and made some changes to forum.css for the homepage.
I cleared the cache with php flarum cache:clear, and purged the cache in Cloudlare
When I refresh the page the new style is not loaded. What am I missing?

alex32 forum.css

you need to add your design changes to the admin area; Flarum recompiles the forum.css automatically
