Today a spammer created a lot of topics queued for moderation and I got a lot of email and alerts.
All topics was created in a short time like 10 different spam topics and some spam post.
Testing on Flarum seems there is no protection on flooding topics.
I get an error message just when I try to create post too much faster but I can create 10 topics new, one after one without be stopped.
This should be not happen.
Maybe will be useful also having a way to limitate the number of the post and topics that can be created from an user if them are waiting moderation approval.
Currently seems a flooding protection is applied by Flarum only to post, not to topic and is also not limited the number of the queue post for moderation.
