How to delete accounts？

How can users log out of their accounts by themselves or have administrators delete users' accounts?

lyc2010 hey there on a users account forum admins should be able to press on the actions button and there should be an option called erease user or if you go into the dashboard then go to users you should be able to press on the and there should be some form of account deletion or erease erasing them may not delete them but just anonymize them
