"pending" status for days, on Extension Manager, after checking for updates.

Hi. I see "PENDING" status for a many many days, in Extension Manager, after "Check for updates".

I cleared cache ("php flarum cache:clear"), but it still the same.

v1.8.10 php8.2.24, MySQL 10.11.6-MariaDB, redis for queue and session drivers, scheduler active.

How can i solve it? I like the idea of using Extension Manager to avoid using console.. (composer, etc)
