Disable all file uploads

Hey guys,
I was wondering if there was a way to disable all file uploads to Flarum?
I just went through a Vultr Set up (learning curve for me...) and finally got things figured out.
My instance of Flarum is strictly discussions only, so I don't need images at all.

KBExit if you don’t want to allow uploads by users then uninstall the fof/uploads extension.

I forgot the test instance I set up had FoF Uploads.
