"Aw, Snap!" Error on New User Creation

I'm encountering a critical "Aw, Snap!" error page, which is preventing me from adding any new users to my Flarum forum. This issue consistently occurs in two distinct scenarios:

Via Flarum Admin Panel: When navigating to Users -> New User, the "Aw, Snap!" error immediately appears the moment I click or attempt to type into the Email field.
Via FoF Doorman Extension: When using the "FoF Doorman" extension for user invitations, the same "Aw, Snap!" error triggers upon interaction with the email input field within that interface.

This functionality was working without any problems prior to this. I was routinely able to add users. I have not installed any new extensions recently; the only changes made were updates to a few existing extensions.

Logs

I have checked the/storage/logs` directory on my server, but I found no relevant error entries corresponding to the time of these incidents. Similarly, my browser console does not display any related errors or warnings; the "Aw, Snap!" page appears to crash the rendering process, making further console inspection impossible at that point, and the last log is from 2023:

We’ve traced the dreaded Aw, Snap! – RESULT_CODE_KILLED_BAD_MESSAGE crash to a browser-level bug in Chromium-based browsers (Brave/Chrome/Edge). It occurs when an <input type="email"> gains focus and triggers a malformed internal IPC call—not due to Flarum or any extension.

Testing results on Brave:

Brave 1.80.120 (Chromium 138.0.7204.101) → Crashes immediately when clicking the email field.
Brave 1.81.112 (beta) (same Chromium version) → No crash, email input works as expected.

This shows the issue has been patched in the Brave 1.81 beta build. We expect official public releases (including Chrome/Edge betas) will adopt the fix soon.

✅ Recommendations for Users Until Stable Release

Use Brave 1.81 beta+, or other browsers like Firefox or Safari to avoid the crash.
No change is required in Flarum—this is purely a browser-side rendering glitch and will resolve once browsers release the patched version.
