Since you're using a free hosting service, you'll have to recieve support there, as they are providing the service to you for free with a "limited" experience since you're not hosting it in your environment with full control. They offer a great service, as they manage everything for your for free - with donations. Hosting a VPS and managing a site can be overwhelming to many.
