Login to your Flarum Account and go to /settings in the address bar - or click on the top right corner where your account name is > settings and on the top under the profile header, you'll see "Change Password" and "Change Email."
Now, I know a while ago, PikaPods had an issue with their Flarum installs, where all extensions break / turn off after a said period of time. Has this been remedied? I think it was a Flarum issue Rooted in the way Docker Containers work. Highly advise you keep an eye on that. If it does become an issue, you can get other VPS solutions to install Flarum, as long as you know or willing to learn how to harden VPS.
