I have checked the discussions with this error and they suggest this
Administration > Extensions > Progressive Web App and click “Reset VAPID keys
but i dont have PWA enabled

Most of the users can post and also i can post but one user presumably from Thailand is encountering this error.

lxknvlk do they see it when they try and post? If a user leaves the site up in the background of their browser and come back in a couple hours, they'll get that message topically. You'll have to refresh.

KBExit That was not the case, after refresh still didnt work, also in incognito mode. I have cleared some caches and also following some other tickets i have installet the SEO plugin. After that user was able to make posts. But still is unable to upload images from thailand.

lxknvlk it's weird that it's an isolated incident. Do you use a CDN? I wonder if the conflict is hurting internet reliability in the region

Looking at it again, you're on FreeFlarum. Please direct your support requests to their support forum and not here. They're the entity supporting your platform / instance of Flarum.
