I'll repeat the two small suggestions I wrote in the other thread

Several option for “Replace ‘Now’ with Discussion Title” to be available : only on mobile, only on PC, or both
I would like the color of the tags to be on the text and not in the background (why not an option to choose?).
I think it would look cleaner.

The width of .MobileStickyTitle still has room for improvement, as it is currently constrained by its parent container.

I applied the following CSS :

I encountered a minor issue. If I select ‘text only’ for the tag colour, there is still a border... It's thin, but it's there.

Another issue : If I select background for the tag colou, there is no color :
