Which screen do I need to set "permissions"?

It's really annoying that you have to zoom out completely to get an overview of the settings. Is there another view, or how do you do it?

Yolo can you describe the issue in more details, or perhaps link to a screenshot?

Are you referring to the permission grid requiring horizontal scroll to the right when many tag-scoped permissions are active? Or perhaps you have extensions that created some very long permission names?

I have to scroll endlessly to see the permissions. When it comes to individual items, they're barely displayed because the height isn't high enough.

Yolo I wonder if it would be possible to have each permission item as a collapsible unit, and when you press it, the groups for each permission will populate under it, giving you more screen space for the groups.
This way, you know where you're at at all times, and you can have an easier way to modify such permissions. And with a toggle, enable to open all / collapse all.

Permissions that are introduced by extensions can also be managed on the admin tab of the specific extension.

But yeah, it's a complicated ux thing really. Even with introducing a collapsing category, it might introduce new issues if the ux isn't explicit enough.

Yes, I'm aware of that. In my case, it's mainly about permissions for different tags. Since there are a lot of them, I have to scroll quite far to the right and also down. Since we use a lot of groups, there's also a popup that has to be scrolled to select the lower ones. This makes it very time-consuming and confusing, and I have to zoom out on the tab so small that the text is barely legible.

It would be interesting if you could hide the left menu. Then you'd at least have a bit more space.

Yolo do these tags share a lot of similar permissions? Maybe you can set your global to reflect the most common and if you have a few tags that are different from the rest, make those the ones with special permissions?
