tom23 so which extension is in use now? You can also take a look at the enabled extensions in the admin panel. We're just going to lose a lot of time if we have to speculate. The lite YouTube extension works very differently from MediaEmbed. For MediaEmbed, your server headers also play a role regarding which videos the iframe can render.

tom23 if you want to use both extensions at the same time, I'd recommend using #31404 for MediaEmbed, so you can disable YouTube and make sure there are no 2 extensions competing for the same feature. Or you can also use this extension to disable the YouTube embeds entirely without providing a replacement if you can't get them to work. As for the original issue, do you perhaps have a public link where we can see the issue? I would be able to check if it's the headers issue I'm talking about, or something else.

We have the same Setup and the same issue. Since our forum is private, feel free to send me a private message, and I'll send you your login/password along with a link to a thread. The problem is that the error doesn't occur regularly. I haven't been able to identify any underlying system. Since my server admin is currently on vacation, I can't send you any PHP information.

Check your enabled PHP extensions. I had the same issue, and after switching to PHP 8.4 and enabling GMP for the PWA app, everything started working smoothly without any further problems with YouTube..

mafesa different setups will require potentially different approaches. It may be a couple of cache clears, it may be a browser cache clear, etc

Some experimentation is required here so we can build up a list of steps required for users to follow...

IanM Sorry, my mistake.
I forgot to disable YouTube for the Selective MediaEmbed (@clarkwinkelmann) extension, which probably also needs to be updated.

Chatsong_ you can enable the extension fof/formatting to fix it or modify your extend.php. if you don't have access to that, place a support request with FreeFlarum.
