serdo unfortunately, because you're on a shared hosting plan, you're probably not going to be able to get it up and running. You need a VPS with SSH access and know your way around terminal to get it up and running. You also have to make sure your VPS has Redis available.
If you're looking for a managed service, you can either get with Flarum's Hosting Service, or if you need something more affordable and want to use redis, you can reach out to me and I can help you get set up and running.
To add: you need to be able to install and utilize a service to keep Redis up and running as well. Being that shared hosting either has no SSH access or have a "jailed" access, you won't be able to configure this at all. A good alternative, if you're wanting to stick to shared hosting is database qeues. This however, is limited to every minute by utilizing cron. You will also feel a great bottleneck the more people are on your forum and can really hinder user experience due to this. You definetly want a VPS.
