Notification issues

Hi,
I've been reviewing the notification system and found several gaps affecting user experience. While some notifications are working correctly (admins and moderators receive alerts about closed discussions and reports, and all users receive like notifications), there are significant missing notifications in other areas like when:

user's comment is removed from discussion
user's discussion post is deleted
moderator edits user's post/comment (the original author is not notified)
no notification when the moderator status is removed
no notification when user gets moderator status

Is there an existing extension that could address these notification gaps?

Magda-tester there are no extensions specifically for these events. I do believe they are fairly niche as well. An extension could easily add the notifications for these, but it would need to be build.
