In 1.8.11, Extension manager says there is an update... But the update does not initiate:
Package "capybash/magicbb" v7.0.0 is already installed! To find out why, run composer why capybash/magicbb
When we run composer why, it just says flarum/flarum requires it.
With Composer we get:
composer update capybash/magicread
