Given there is no version tagged for this language pack yet, I think we should assume it's not ready for use yet.
That being said, it should just be incomplete but not break the forum.
Are you able to share your php flarum info output so we can see what your setup looks like?
When you say there are no discussions visible, you mean the list is empty and it shows the "It looks as though there are no discussions here." text (or equivalent in your language), or is there an error message?
Have you checked the storage/logs folder for any potential error message, and if you know how, could you check for the presence of any javascript error in the browser developer tools on the page when the problem occurs?
