Capybara although it is supported, if you look at stability across scale, many articles argue that SQLite isn't as reliable and hits bottlenecks. I'm not saying it's not compatible, but if many people are participating, I could see an issue (slow).
Idk if SQLite has made improvements since, but I only see recommendations for single user use case when I look up anything SQLite related.
