Creating Links to Start a Discussion

I have thousands of pages on my website outside of Flarum. On each page I would like to create a link to Flarum that either creates a new discussion about that page (with a preset title and tag) or to view that page's discussion if someone had already started it.
Are there any url parameters to start a discussion that I can utilize?

Thank you very much, I'll have to check this out. Reading the documentation it seems like it'll be perfect for creating a new discussion with a preset title and tag. Unfortunately it seems like going to the existing discussion if someone had already used that link (instead of starting a new one) isn't one of its features.
